| Day |
Assignment |
| 1 |
Complete a closed-notes retrieval pass through Chapter 42. Mark every case, document, amendment, threshold, and mechanism you cannot produce accurately from memory. Then take Practice Exam 1 under full timing. Score it only after both sections are complete. Classify every miss using the C/V/E/S/D/T codes on the self-scoring record. |
| 2 |
Review only the concepts exposed by Day 1. Complete one fresh FRQ of each type under timing, then use Chapter 43 for final Bluebook and device logistics. Finish with the documents and cases matrices in this back matter. Do not begin a new full content reread unless Day 1 showed a broad content gap. |
1-DAY EMERGENCY PLAN
